This role will require participation in the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of iPLS as well as supporting the legacy system SMACS.Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:?Primary system administrator for iPLS responsible for system configuration and master table maintenance?Document processes and configuration associated with iPLS?Manage the interfaces that feed into the legacy system SMACs?Key Business representative for the implementation of license fee expressions in iPLS?Design, configure, and unit tests license fees expressions within iPLS?Develop test materials and training documentation?Act in primary role in all system testing and user acceptance testing activities?Communicate any issues regarding the system?Act as the liaison with IT and the vendor, representing WWTV?s business needs?Work with the functional team and vendor to define technical requirements ?Perform day to day project leadership working with WWTV executives?Lead the weekly license fee expression review meetings with the business?Support business users by building and maintaining adhoc reporting/queriesQualifications:Basic qualifications:?Bachelors of Computer Science?A minimum of five years experience in related position/system?Prior experience with relational databases?Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills?Demonstrated strong analytical skills ?Strong understanding of software development life cycle and/or software development methodology ?Background in work related to accounting applications Desired skills:?Experience with the following technology preferred: oCOGNOS oVisio?Ability to work independently and to prioritize tasks effectively ?Knowledge and working experience in TV Distribution is preferred?Able to handle multiple tasks?Able to interact in a professional environment with a culturally diverse staff in a dynamic, fast paced environment?Ability to work reasonable overtime, if necessary preferredEligibility requirements:* Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered * Must be willing to submit to a background investigation* Must be able to show eligibility to work in the United StatesParamount Pictures is an Equal Opportunity EmployerSalary/Benefits: > $75,000Job Location: Hollywood, CAJob Number: 5421Company URL: http://www.paramount.com/careers
