Supervisor, Event Operations & Communications

As a Supervisor, Event Operations & Park Communications, you will be responsible for planning and executing Special Events, Location and Production Services, Press and Promotional Events at Universal Studios Hollywood Theme Park.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Plans and executes a variety of events in the Theme Park. Manages event staffOversees financial recaps for each eventAssists with maintaining and distributing the Master Event Calendar to all departments.Assists department manager with project planning.Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or related field.Minimum of 2 years of management experience managing a team of at least 5 employees.Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.
