Cinemark USA, Inc., a leader in the motion picture exhibition industry, has an exciting opportunity in Dallas, Texas. We offer competitive salaries and comprehensive benefit packages.
The Special Projects department of Cinemark is an in-house maintenance department that has been in operation for 14 years.
Crews travel in 2 person teams to locations throughout Texas Monday through Friday. Crews operate a 24 foot cab over truck with the equipment mounted in the box. Work begins at closing time of the theatres. The work involves using a truck mount carpet machine, a pressure washer, changing ceiling tiles and work lights using a 24 foot scaffold, and other miscellaneous cleaning in high areas. This position does not involve general janitorial or contractor level repairs.
Successful candidate must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen, Class C Texas drivers license, lift 50 pounds, and able to climb scaffold.
Hotel, meal allowance, fuel expenses and maintenance costs are covered. No experience required. All employees must be able to travel, operate vehicle and climb the scaffold.
This position offers a base pay of $450 per week, health benefits, life insurance, 401K, vacation, travel costs, and weekends and holidays off.
