Software Project Manager

Overview:The Software Project Manager works with hardware and software  development teams to manage the delivery of complex gaming  systems. He or she works with software engineers, art directors, third party contractors, marketing, account management, QA,, business partners, and customers to deliver gaming applications in a timely, organized, and well managed way.   Responsibilities: · Provide project analysis and oversees project expenditures. Keep project on-time and within budget. · Responsible for determining project scope, duration, costs, operational requirements and risks · Maintain high level of communications with clients, vendors, VGT staff and others on project progress. · Retain, hire, and motivate technical staff, IT professionals, and contractors needed to complete projects. · Instruct staff, clients, and others involved, in project management methodologies. · Design, plan, and implement actual projects to address VGT’s goals in business expansion, technical conversions, and business strategy. Take complete responsibility to oversee projects from beginning to end. · Must be self-motivated and driven to deliver on commitments.
