Richard Petty Driving Experience is the premier provider of high-quality motorsports entertainment.  Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, we are privately held and recognized as the leader in every aspect of our industry with multiple locations around the country.  The Sales Director will report directly to the Corporate Headquarters.

Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for the Corporate B2B market Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for the Corporate Incentive and DMC market Direct Sales in your market sector Manage and expand existing Corporate Accounts Plan and oversee Corporate Events Develop and manage sales and expense budget Manage and develop existing Corporate Sales Team

Requirements:5+ years successful Sales Management experience with proven track record Successful networking and new business development experience Experience in the DMC and B2B Orlando market preferred Proven Account Management skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook and Internet Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem solving ability Self-starter College degree preferred Minimal travel
