This position reports to the Manager/Recruitment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong oral and written communication and organizational skills, have a strong attention to details, be flexible, and able to handle multi tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:* Utilizing Outlook, review calendars, set appointments, sends invites to interview team and follow-up scheduling, with confirmations, for recruiters and manager * Coordinates travel arrangements for out of town candidates * Provides candidate with pre-employment, interview information and new hire packets * Coordinates and maintains all New Hire Employment paperwork * Oversee the coordination of all background checks for all new hires * Prepares all offer letters and correspondence for new hires * Provides back up to receptionist desk * Assembles all new hire orientation paperwork on a weekly basis for all corporate hiring * Provides administrative support to 4 Recruiters and Manager of RecruitmentQualifications:Basic qualifications:* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite that includes Outlook, Intermediate Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Word* A minimum 2 years supporting Recruiters in a coordinator role Desired skills:* Bachelor degree preferred * Strong attention to detail * Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment * Strong communication skills * Some basic understanding of Human Resource law * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (PeopleSoft a plus) Eligibility requirements:* Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered * Must be willing to submit to a background investigation* Must be able to show eligibility to work in the United StatesParamount Pictures is an Equal Opportunity EmployerSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: Hollywood, CAJob Number: 5448Company URL: http://www.paramount.com/careers
