 Objective
Â
Provide the highest standard of customer service to all Movie Brands customers; build a team of quality service providers to staff the store; merchandise and maintain the store in a manner consistent with Movie Brands directives and standards; and increase the earnings of the company by generating revenue and controlling costs, as directed.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
          Â
           1.           Supervises and directs activities of all store employees.
           2.           Hires, trains, evaluates, and disciplines all store employees.
           3.           Processes all incoming store inventory.
           4.           Merchandises all store inventory according to company
                      standards and plans.
           5.           Prepares and submits all required daily, weekly, and monthly
                      reports, and other reports as directed.
           6.           Implements all advertising and marketing plans as directed.
           7.           Arranges for all store maintenance.
           8.           Attends all scheduled Movie Brands Managers Meetings.
           9.           Maintains and controls inventory and receipts according to
                      Movie Brands policies, goals and standards.
           10.           Controls labor costs to meet budgeted goal.
           11.           Ensures store's resources are used to their fullest to achieve or                           exceed budgeted sales goal.

Education:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Some post-secondary business education or equivalent
                                  experience.

Experience:             •           Retail store supervisory experience
                                  •           Training experience

Requirements:        •           Basic computer (PC) skills
                                  •           Strong written and oral communications skills
                                  •           Strong supervisory/team building skills
                                  •           Self-directed work skills
                                  •           Time management skills
                                  •           Ability to work days and some evenings, weekends & holidays
