HR Assistant
Excellent Opportunity with one of the most prominent Entertainment and Media Companies in Los Angeles!!
The company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide general support for the HR Team. This is a Contract-to-Hire position. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be Service-Oriented!
Responsibilities:
Process all New Hire and Employee Information in HRIS system.Updates and maintains several HR Databases, generating reports as needed.Supports Recruitment by posting jobs, responding to applicants and processing background checks.Provides administrative support, including preparation for New Hire Orientation, Copying confidential documents and managing employee files.Responsible for assisting in other special projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.At least 1-2 year experience in Human Resources.Ability to answer basic questions regarding company policies and procedures.Working knowledge of Employment Laws; EEO, ADA.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization.Must be Service-Oriented!!Strong attention to detail; strong knowledge of record maintenance and administration.
