The company we are representing has nearly 15,000 employees worldwide, work in 75 facilities around the world to research, develop, manufacture and sell our products in more than 180 countries.

Job Description:
The function of this position is to oversee our companies participation in all home office budgeted conventions and exhibits - from planning to successful execution. Frequent interactions with external vendors and customers, as well as internal sales and marketing groups, and international affiliates are required to ensure successful promotion of our company's key products at a highly visible and global level.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with marketing and finance courses, plus 5 years solid experience in global conventions planning, with at least 2 years supervisory experience. Good analytical skills; ability to manage budgets and projects; and knowledge of PhRMA code and AdvaMed guidelines.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) designation, Certified Manager of Exhibits (CME) designation, Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation and/or Certified Meeting Management (CMM) designation would be desirable.
