We are currently seeking a successful Restaurant Manager with more than 5 years of management experience. The qualified candidate will have a proven track record of managing high volume locations averaging between 2.5 and 5 million in annual sales. Qualified candidates must also have a history of strong people development, impeccable attention to detail, and aggressive leadership capabilities. The successful manager should have a background featuring continual career growth and progression, triumph through adversity, and the ability to make an immediate impact. This role is responsible for hiring, training, developing and evaluating crew members. They will supervise and oversee daily store operations to ensure profitability through store presentation, guest service, and daily operational cost control.  Job Responsibilities and Skills: Makes daily decisions regarding time management (must have a sense of urgency), staff scheduling and support, upholding company standards, product quality and cleanliness standards. Builds sales and maximizes profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing and communicating company and guest expectations to the entire team. Learn, teach and motivate team to maintain high quality guest service and safety. Exercises excellent business skills, judgment in cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor management.Planning, staying organized, multi-tasking, attention to detail and a high level of energy are essential to the success of a CEC manager. Previous general manager or assistant GM experience in the service industry a plus. Company: Chuck E.
