PPC operations also include Paramount Digital Entertainment, Paramount Home Entertainment, Paramount Pictures International, Paramount Licensing Inc., Paramount Studios and Worldwide Television Distribution.Description:Responsibilities*Responsible for Paramount, DreamWorks, Vantage and DWA theatrical releases*Senior department advisor regarding studio credit policies and Guild requirements *Liaison with Sr. Creative Executives, Business Affairs, Marketing on a global basis*Liaison between the studio, filmmakers and the Guilds to ensure adherence to personal service agreement and collective bargaining agreement requirements relative to film credits accorded in marketing materials and on the Picture itself *Facilitate regular communication with internal departments to ensure compliance with Paramount policies and adherence to production schedules which includes document preparation/distribution and the review and approval of marketing materials and on-screen credits *Supervise and manage a staff *Miscellaneous projects as assignedQualifications:Requirements*Must have experience in a Studio Credit environment*7 years entertainment legal experience, including general knowledge of personal services contracts and working familiarity with DGA, WGA, IATSE and Screen Actors Guild collective bargaining agreements*Working familiarity with Academy and MPAA rules and forms*Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with industry credit practices*Supervisory experience required*Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience required*Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, internal and external contacts, senior management and high level talent*Must be adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast paced, high stress environment*Must be able to work overtime as necessary *Strong attention to detail*Must be proficient with Word and ExcelParamount Pictures is an Equal Opportunity EmployerSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: Hollywood, CAJob Number: 5399Company URL: http://www.paramount.com/careers
