Executive Assistant to EVP of Global Sports Entertainment Organization

Provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President in charge of all revenue producing dept's in organization.Therefore, enabling the office to function efficiently and effectively in an atmosphere of professionalism, cooperation and dedication.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Prepares correspondence and complex documents

 Prioritizes paperwork

 Organizes and maintains files

 Maintains Executive Vice President’s calendar, travel, expense reports

 Staff personnel files

 Records and tracks all invoices

 Liaison with EVP and all Direct Reports and their staff regarding pending Enterprises/Properties projects

 Basic working knowledge of pending projects in order to prioritize for EVP

 Prints and prioritizes all information via email

 Reads and prioritizes newspapers and industry periodicals

 Solves project problems with detailed direction from the EVP

 Assists EVP as liaison with outside vendors, sponsors, and network associates

 

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

 

Minimum 5 years experience supporting Senior Executive Manager at a

divisional or corporate level.
