Event Project Coordinator/Manager

Immediate need for a newly formed national sports marketing event organization. Ideal candidate MUST possess the following experience:

 - 10+ years of Event Planning & Project Management experience ideally in sports marketing - Experience using a Project Management Software (such as Microsoft Office Project, Kickstart,etc) and Gantt chart functionality - Experience in overseing entire project and functions in such areas as: Operations and Logistics, Risk Management, Communications, Advertising, PR, Marketing, Website management, Media, Customer Service, Sponsorships, Merchandising, Graphics. - Direct management of at least 3-8 possibly up to 25- Must be highly driven, easily multi-task and who can produce results within a deadline. Long hours are required when needed.
