Entertainment Firm Seeks Executive Assistant - $65K

Premier entertainment firm is looking for a performance driven Executive Assistant to their Founder. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide essential support and assist this busy senior executive with business priorities. This firm is looking for a genuine team player with a "can-do" attitude who can take ownership of a wide range of administrative duties in this role. Your valuable contributions will not be overlooked as you become a vital member of prestigious firm.

Responsibilities:
-Route all mail and packages to appropriate individual(s) in the office.
-Handle meeting logistics, oversee executive calendars, and coordinate conference calls.
-Establish, maintain, and draft important correspondence such as department memos, emails, and letters.
-Order, track, and receive and office supplies.
-Coordinate point-to-point travel needs by creating detailed itineraries including maps, directions, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.

Qualifications:
-3+ years of executive support experience, preferably in the entertainment industry.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of staff.
-Must be detail-oriented and well organized with the ability to manage multiple time sensitive priorities.
-High sense of professionalism.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
-Team-oriented mentality and positive attitude.
-College degree preferred.
