Customer Service / Ticket Sales
The Alaska Aces professional hockey team is looking for a motivated individual to join their front office staff. Qualified candidates must be computer proficient, experienced with answering multiple phone lines, and have customer service experience. Individuals with retail sales and cold calling experience are preferred. The positions standard work week is Monday-Fridays 9am-6pm, this schedule is altered during the hockey season and will included working nights and weekends. Candidates will be required to work nights and weekends and must be open to working a flexible schedule between October and May. General office duties include ticket sales, merchandise sales, inventory and stocking, customer service, and administrative duties. If you are uncomfortable making cold calls and working odd hours then do not apply for this position.
