Our client is a high-volume call center servicing the sports, entertainment and performing arts industries.  We are looking for articulate, sharp customer service reps to join their call center.  This is a long-term temporary opportunity with an excellent chance of becoming permanent!  This is not a telemarketing opportunity, as there is no selling involved.  Candidates with a telemarketing background are STRONGLY engouraged to apply.

 

Primary duties include:Responding to customer inquiries regarding ticket purchases Ability to work overtime and weekends Pleasant phone voice, professional demeanor Excellent computer and data entry skills

Experience:Previous experience in a high-volume call center environmentCustomer Service experience a huge plusReliable transportationFlexibility to work overtime and weekends

This is a Monday-Friday full-time position.  Part-time and weekend hours are also available!
