Club Manager (2 positions)

Club Kid’doo is the first of an innovative brand of family-oriented children’s enrichment centers designed to enhance the lives of our club members and community through the promotion of learning and community values.  

Club Kid’doo’s vision is to create a community for kids that promotes enrichment, diversity, and socialization.  This community combines unique products and services with innovative technologies and environments.  It is a destination where imagination, creativity, and achievement are the driving forces for everything.

We are currently looking for a Club Manager and an Assistant Club Manager with high energy and a strong interest in working with young children and their families. The Club Manager’s key responsibilities are member satisfaction, increasing membership enrollment, employee management, shift coverage, profit & loss, club maintenance, inventory control, and ensuring implementation of proper company policies and procedures.

Qualified candidates should have:

•  Proven leadership ability in a fitness, spa or hospitality setting
•  Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service business
•  Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly
•  Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to utilize new techniques and ideas are imperative.
•  Treating all members, guests, and club associates with genuine respect and care
•  Proven ability to direct and train staff
•  Sales oriented and persuasive and highly motivated
•  Financial management experience, computer literacy
