Coordinate planning and drafter staff. Requires working knowledge of statistics, land-use planning principles, and computer programming. Functions include: economic projections, population projections, existing and future land-use studies, housing studies and proposal preparation. This position may also include employees working on natural science, or environmental projects. Gather and prepare material and data for proposals.Proposal presentations.Perform site studies.Prepare and assess environmental impact studies.Contribute to alternative recommendations.Attend meetings both within and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects (Public awareness groups and regulatory agencies, etc.).May coordinate and consult with Federal, State and Local regulatory agencies on scope and impact of project.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Planning plus 3 years of experience.
