Able to financial ledgers automated reports. Accounts payable experience preferred. Prepare reports to various entities.Compute columns of numbers and arrive at correct totals. Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Mathematics or related field required. Experience substituted for education at rate of three years specific job related experience for one year college. Supervised by the Finance Manager. The annual income potential for this position is $114,000+. Must have valid driver's license. Job Description : As a staff member of the Program Management Office, prepares reports, compiles financial data, develops cost factors, prepares budgets and tracks costs and expenditures against specific accounts and reconciles accounts as required.Edits and processes employee time records, entering the information through a PC to an automated system for processing. Prepares and administers any changes pertaining to payroll records. Control, maintenance and analysis of petty cash balances to include counts and reconciliation.Investigates questionable data and takes corrective action when necessary. Prepares and balances payroll summaries, W-2 forms, etc., as required. Prepares, sorts, and distributes various payroll and miscellaneous checks. Safeguards checks and retains checkbook records according to internal control standards. Performs other miscellaneous and related duties as required or assigned.Working Conditions:Extreme danger, stress, physical hardships and possible field living conditions associated with this position within a desert camp complex. Ability to function during an extended assignment at a foreign, in-country facility exposed to seasonal temperature extremes. Ability to cope with shared cafeteria, bath and sleeping quarters. Must be able to walk, kneel, bend and stoop, and have correctable vision. Supervised by the Site Manager or senior Human Resources personnel.
