One of the nations leading manufacturers of heat and corrosion resistant cast materials, serving industries throughout North America is looking to expand our team. We are seeking 1-2 qualified candidates to join our Customer Support Team as full time Technical Inside Sales professionals, to assist in the sales and customer service of our product.

Basic duties will include fielding sales calls, interfacing with customers and sales personnel, developing product pricing-job quotes, providing technical support, and expediting sales orders. Desired qualifications include a Bachelor degree in a business-related discipline and prior work experience. Knowledge of the foundry industry would be a plus. Candidates should also possess a strong mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, blueprint reading skills, the ability to work under pressure, knowledge of computer software, and data entry skills.
