SUMMARY: The King of Prussia office is currently recruiting for an Administrative professional to support office and staff. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. Successful candidate must have a college degree in English or equivalent; or a High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years experience working in a consulting setting performing similar functions required for this position. Candidate must possess: · Excellent organizational skills · Excellent communications skills, verbal and writing. · Good computer knowledge is a must. Excellent familiarity with Word, Excel, Powerpoint is a plus. · Ability to support all necessary tasks associated with word processing, technical writing, editing, data input, etc. · Candidate must be a self starter, flexible, productive, pleasant, motivated professional with a “get it done” attitude. Willingness to learn and assume new responsibilities is a must for this position. Duties will include · Review/edit and input to technical documents and reports · Review/edit proposals · Assist in development, preparation, review and edit of marketing documents · Prepare/review/edit presentations in Powerpoint · Support coordination of administrative tasks for office manager · Review/edit and assist in preparing technical reports and related documents · Any office related tasks as requested by her supervisor QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Candidate must possess an undergraduate degree in English, technical writing, or equivalent; or a High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years experience working in a consulting setting performing similar functions as described LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, edit and rewrite documents such as Environmental reports, OSHA programs, training programs, etc. Ability to search for pertinent facts and data, analyze and evaluate information, and form accurate conclusions. Ability to speak effectively with other employees and clients. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Working knowledge of Windows-based personal computers and word processing and spreadsheet software. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
