Job duties include but are not limited to: Identify and apply appropriate analytical methods to improve the overall operational effectiveness of the Order Fulfillment and other Supply Chain processes. Methods may include statistical analysis, advanced data mining techniques, data modeling and hands on involvement with warehouse operations. Facilitate and lead large cross-functional project improvement/Six Sigma teams to deliver results including increased efficiency and effectiveness for assigned areas of responsibility. Assist in developing and maintaining process measurements and controls to monitor current processes. Research and test tools, techniques and best practices both internally and externally and share those findings with the quality team and business leaders. Supervise, train and mentor 2-3 direct reports Requirements: Must have recently completed a Bachelors degree. MUST HAVE: **Knowledge of Six Sigma and or Lean techniques, tools, and methodology, or willingness to be trained. **Strong strategic, analytical problem-solving, and computer aptitude skills. **Understanding of statistical methods and benchmarking techniques whenever necessary. **Able to teach and transfer skills to team leaders, team members, and general audiences **Can work with business leaders to uncover new project ideas and improvements to promote operational excellence across functions **Project management and coaching experience- can lead multiple projects **Ability to interact with all levels of the organization. **Can translate the concepts of defect and variability to services environment. **Sound understanding of principles of Supply Chain Management and Best PracticesLocation: Naperville, IL Type: DIRECT Duration: Direct Pay Rate: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 Annual DOE Contact: Volt Services GroupVolt Workforce Solutions1717 N.
