SUNROOF TEST ENGINEER Yachiyo of America Inc. is searching for a Sunroof Test Engineer at our Northwest Columbus Ohio facility. Responsibilities: Specification test operations, create testing methods, develop cost/weight reduction ideas, collect and report market trends, problem analysis, countermeasure planning/evaluation, establish test plan and control schedule, plan test equipment maintenance. Qualifications: Complete understanding of engineering standards, must have testing experience of mechanical function evaluations on vehicle parts, experience with structure strength, stress, strain, sound noise and vibration analysis, experience with test equipment and measurement tool operation, 6 plus years experience as test engineer in automotive parts. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
