Structural Engineer - Work From Home!
A Tulsa firm is looking for a structural engineer for a telecommute position. Qualified candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder and they prefer someone who lives in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the Department Operations covering all Engineering Phases from Proposal, Basic, Detail, Commissioning and Construction.
· Ensure project compliance with respective client specifications and codes.
· Provide definition of Structural scope of supply on any given project.
· Development of Structural specifications (customize / company Standard).
· Perform Structural analysis calculations
· Technical co-ordination with all disciplines related to engineering effort.
· Interface with Materials Controls system, to ensure commodity purchase.
Requirements:
· BS or licensure and equivalent experience, PE preferred.
· 5 years experience.
· Working knowledge of International Codes and Standards.
· Complete familiarity with Respective industry Codes / standards.
· Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office software
· Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
· Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
