Staff Scientist

We are looking for a qualified Staff Scientist to complete Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and Baseline Assessments in our Grand Rapids, Michigan office location.  The ideal candidate must possess good communication and decision making skills, self disciplined and highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.

 

The Following Qualifications Are Required:

 Minimum BS Degree in Environmental Sciences, Geology, Engineering, or Related DisciplineMinimum 2-5 yrs experienceStrong knowledge of proposal and project budget processesSolid working knowledge of regulationsPhase I/II Environmental Site AssessmentsBaseline Assessment ExperienceData interpretation and report preparation skills required

 Site selection and development assistanceBrownfield property assessmentsBrownfield PlansStrategic consulting and planningReuse strategies and incentives

Travel will range between 10-35%
