Responsibilities:



 

· Prepares journal entries from original source documentation and maintains appropriate supporting records.

· Prepared general ledger account analyses for assigned account.

· Prepares reconciliations of the Company's bank accounts.

· Prepares accounts payable vouchers and maintains statistical vendor data as necessary.

· Executes the check payment process to cause vendor invoices to be selected for payment and checks to be printed.

· Coordinates with the Human Resources Division the processing of agency accounts payable vouchers.

· Prepare other analyses of financial data as requested by Financial Management.





 

Requirements:

 

Must have 2 to 3 years of related accounting experience.

 

Education:



 

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
