Coordinates with building contractors and ensures building safety and adherence to applicable building codes.Requirements: •BS ins Engineering or related field•Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems and management of design/construction projects.•Comprehensive knowledge of architectural and building systems function and design.•Working knowledge of CAD is essential; AutoCAD highly desirable.•Ability to effectively organize, plan and communicate.
