Senior Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesInterprets, implements and enforces company policies.Responsible for monitoring quality of the unit's service delivery and implementing corrective measures.Trains assigned staff.Manages projects or elements of projects.Significant internal and external client interaction; makes recommendations and resolves issues.Recognizes, initiates and advances business development opportunities.Development and implementation of group business plans.
Basic/Required QualificationsB.S. or M.S. Engineering, (Civil Engineering preferred) Scientific Discipline or related technical field. Up to 10+ years of experience with Sr. level Geotechnial Engineering and CMT background (asphalt, soils, concrete) Experience in Transportation (ie:highway construction) preferred P.E. strongly preferred or other professional registration or certification. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated abilities in leadership, management and administration. Demonstrated ability and willingness to develop business from new and existing clients. Thorough understanding of company's resources, capabilities, business practices and financial model. Valid driver's license. Drug Screen, background check and social security verification. If the job requires work on hazardous waste sites, then a physical exam is required to obtain medical clearance. Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required.
