Analyzes and evaluates complex design problems efficiently and provides viable solutions within established schedule and budget. Provide technical interface with clients and coordinate technical effort within his/her design areas. Coordinates and directs use of professional and technical staff assigned in the preparation of project documents. Provides design solutions within budget and time schedules. Technical interface with clients. Coordinates technical effort with his/her design areas. Supervise staff in preparation of project documents. QualificationsRequired qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering plus 10 - 20 years of experience. Professional Engineering Certification is required.
