Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, or other field related to the position or equivalent training and experience plus a minimum of 8 years of related professional experience in an engineering, construction or operation and maintenance environment.Must have a working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local codes and standards applicable to engineering design.Understand technical terminology related to engineering and construction.US Citizenship Required Job Description : Compile and logically organize information to be included in documents such as calculations, specifications, formal reports etc.Effective oral, analytical, written, and communication skills.
