The discoveries made by our client provide research teams throughout Global R&D with many of the key insights, data, drug targets, and compounds they need to find and develop effective new treatments to improve the health and wellness of people around the world.Position Description: Long Term (3-5 years or more) Contract in New London, CTDrafter needed to create Autocad and SolidWorks designs - Candidate will be responsible for supporting Mechanical Design Engineer’s design, by providing significant documentation and drafting duties. - Candidate will meet with Sr. Level Personnel –Laboratory Managers, Researchers to take Technical requirements – regarding the concepts of Laboratory equipment which needs to be created by the Design group to support various Projects.-The preferred candidate will have 2 yrs plus of Autocad experience -The preferred candidate will have 1yr plus of SolidWorks design experience – 3D-Solid Modeling experience -Candidate should have a solid background with MS Excel – as this will be used for data collection -Experience should also include Windows explorer and SolidWorks Explorer -Knowledge of Geometry, GD+T ( not required but would be helpful )Required Skills: See AbovePeople.
