Software Engineers
1) Software Engineer - Excellent opportunity for Software Engineer to develop critical software for medical device applications. Will be part of new product development team, and utilize MS Visual Studio to develop user interface and communications software for device programmer applications. Prefer BSCS or EE, and 8+ years of SW development experience. Need experience with .NET / C# programming, and may consider strong object oriented coding background using C++, Java, etc. Experience with other tools -Perl, Python, configuration management, testing is highly preferred, as well as understanding of RS 232 and telemetry protocols. Also requires experience in regulated software development for FDA, FAA, DoD environment, including requirements based development, debug, and issue tracking procedures. Requires ability to work within development team in a fast paced environment.
2) Firmware Engineer - Long term growth opportunity for senior level embedded Software Engineer. Will develop real-time embedded system architecture for new medical device technology. Requires BS or MS degree, and 7 to 10+ years experience in firmware development, including generating requirements and design specifications, code development, and project management. Requires strong skills in microprocessor (ARM, PowerPC) development using C, C++, experience with blue tooth / RF technology, and wireless / cellular7-layer OSI protocol experience. Prefer experience in regulated development (FDA, FAA, DoD), or cell phone / wireless technology development.
3) Software Engineer - Immediate need for a Software Engineer to develop software systems, and/or provides software systems testing and validation in support of Manufacturing Process Engineering.
Position Qualifications:
BS or MS degree plus 2-5+ years of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area. Preferred Qualifications: CS degree (or closely related field) with strong programming background (C#, Visual Basic, ASP.net, C++, Java). Experience working in a highly regulated and quality driven environment is a plus, as is prior project management experience.
Additional requirements and responsibilities:
Must have experience developing in a .NET environment. Candidate must be familiar with all aspects of the software development lifecycle (development of user requirements, code writing, documentation, development and execution of software tests, etc.) Experienced background in working with PLC's is preferred.
