Software Developer/Analyst
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a BS in Computer Science or Engineering or a closely related field, and three years demonstrated professional-level experience in the design, development, and implementation of IT business solutions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is a requirement. This position requires extensive understanding of software programming concepts and developing in an OOP language (Visual Basic, VB. Net, C#), with experience in database development and ability to write SQL queries. The selected individual must be able to thoroughly design, code and implement custom web-based applications and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle. Additional requirements for this position include effective verbal and written communication, skill in operating all computer equipment, and ability to communicate technical information to external and internal clients with varying levels of computer literacy. Job Description : The Software Developer/Analyst will develop custom IT solutions for our various clients. The selected individual will collaborate with a team of software developers, project managers and database administrators in the design, development and implementation of software applications that are typically web-based and database driven. This position supports the San Antonio office IT Solutions business line's on-going marketing efforts by assisting in the preparation of presentations and proposals to clients.
