Simulator Instructor - T-6 Flight Simulator
College degree required. Background in military aviation required. Must have a minimum of 1,000 total hours, and 200 hours instructor time, of jet/turboprop flying as a pilot in U. S. military aircraft. Experience in U. S. military aircraft must have been performed within the previous 4 years, or the previous 6 years if 11 years of military operational duty. Must have working knowledge of computer operations (MS Word, Outlook, Excel) which is required for inputting data on students. Must have working knowledge of applicable flying regulations. Good interpersonal skills are required. Job Description : Responsible for providing T-6 flight simulator instruction to Undergratuate Pilot Training students and Pilot Instructor Training trainees enrolled in the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training Program at Columbus AFB, MS.NOTE: Positions scheduled/proposed; selection of candidates for interview and subsequent hire is contingent upon contract funding.: :
