Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70809 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Administrative/Clerical       Job Description   Tyco Flow Control (TFC) is the largest manufacturer of valves, actuators and associated flow control products in the world serving the oil and gas, chemical, power generation, petrochemical, waterworks, and pulp and paper industries, as well as the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and specialty markets.  TFC generates approximately $2.5 billion dollars in revenue and employs 12,800 associates in over 80 locations around the globe.  TFC Americas has an exciting opportunity for a Documentation Coordinator in our Pasadena, TX location. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:The Service Account Coordinator will be responsible for completion of electronic invoicing and database updating according to customer requirements, working closely with the service teams and working to meet deadlines.  The Service Account Coordinator will use tried and tested organizational skills to ensure invoicing data is accurately gathered and entered in a timely manner insuring timely payment.  In addition, the Service Account Coordinator will: Ã˜  Assist in the collection of overdue/disputed invoicesØ  Keep customer PSV databases up to dateØ  Retrieve purchase orders sent through EDIØ  Scan documentation/test reports to be sent to customers  EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: § High school diploma or equivalent§ Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail§ Excellent computer skills§ Strong oral and written communication skills§ Strong customer service skills    Send this Job to a Friend View all "Tyco" jobs Learn more about Tyco
