THE NEED

We are seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer with 10 or more years of experience to lead the engineering and design effort for a wide range water/wastewater projects for both public and private sector clients.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and project management guidance to internal team members, as well as managing all phases of client relations, preparing written reports and ensuring successful project completion.  Projects will include water/wastewater treatment, pump station and pipeline planning and design; and construction and project management in support of public works projects.  This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing office that will offer unlimited growth potential.

REQUIREMENTS

The right individual will have proven water and wastewater engineering design capabilities with both municipal and private clients including water, sewer, and wastewater treatment projects.  Excellent organizational and communications skills are a must.  The candidate should have 10 or more years of stable related experience, a BSCE Degree, and a current Washington PE, or the ability to obtain a Washington PE within 6 months.  Strong project management capabilities and along with excellent verbal and communication skills are a must.  Experience with local municipalities is a large plus.  A competitive salary and benefits package combined with an excellent opportunity for development and career enhancement await the right energetic individual.
