Senior Wastewater Engineer/Sr. Project Manager

Location: BELTSVILLE, MD 20705PBS&J’s MD office has an opportunity for a senior level engineer with at least 15 years of  experience in study, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and biosolids process facilities.  The successful individual will be a visible technical leader on technical design issues and project management and assist in marketing and managing clients in the mid-Atlantic region. Other repsonsibilitie will include: Occasional travel might be required. Analysis, calculations, research, selection, and layout, necessary to develop required plant design documents. Supervising drafters, designers, and junior level engineers assigned to projects Technical and quality control review of design documents. Coordinating design efforts with other project personnel from other disciplines. Coordinating items include space control, schedule and layout optimization.  Job Requirements: B.S. or M.S. in Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, or Chemical Engineering. M.S. or graduate level technical course work preferred.Previous consulting experience, proven technical writing, communication, and project management skills required.
