Senior Subcontracts Administrator

The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and at least 5 years of equivalent experience directly related to FAR procurement and subcontract administration. The candidate must have thorough working knowledge of the federal procurement requirements listed in the FAR and have experience with MS Word, Excel, and computer oriented procurement systems is essential, along with excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be detail oriented and able to perform duties with minimal supervision. Related activities include assisting project managers in Federal acquisition procedures and processing requests for solicitations. Must be able to rely on FAR experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Experience with USAID, work outside the continental US, and/or large construction projects are all a plus.
