CDM has an immediate opening for a Senior Receptionist/Telephone Operator in our Bellevue, WA office.

 

Job Description:

As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM's mission by: Greeting callers and visitorsAscertaining their names and firm(s) representedRecording the time of their arrival and informing the appropriate employee that they have arrivedPromptly routing calls, messages and faxes to the appropriate employee or locationScheduling conference rooms and arranging meeting roomsTraining relief operatorsOrdering lunches for meetingsDistributing incoming and outgoing mailSetting-up and cleaning conference roomsRetrieving and archiving recordsCoordinating special eventsCompleting expense reportsManaging database of business contactsManaging petty cash and security keysTracking company auto useFilingOpening and closing the front deskManaging the postage meterStocking the coffee stationManaging front desk suppliesSending internal and external correspondenceManaging phone and phone extensions

Requirements:

A successful CDM candidate will have: 3 to 5 years of related experienceA high school diploma or its equivalent
