Senior RF Engineer - CREW

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics and a minimum of 5 years experience. 5 plus years RF engineering experience with DoD programs; Knowledge principles considered essential: RF Receiver/Transmitter system/component design, EMI/EMC, electromagnetic propagation, RF system measurement techniques. Demonstrated ability to utilize various RF test equipment.Ability to communicate ideas and work within a team environment, self-motivated and detail oriented to prepare and deliver quality products. Support a broad range of technical, engineering and analytical functions to investigate and resolve system and analysis issues and problems. MS Office toolset experienced required, Matlab experience desirable. Job Description : Provide RF Engineering Support to the CREW (Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare) Technical Design Agent (TDA) in support of various CREW program initiatives and evolutions. Responsibilities will include providing RF specific technical and analytical expertise in support of Government teams responsible to lead state-of-the-art EW system hardware and software development efforts; develop and evaluate system requirements and allocated subsystem specifications; analyze and critique RF designs; make recommendations for RF system design enhancements and offer solutions for problem resolution; develop and review RF system test procedures. Additionally, monitor or perform RF tests at contractor or Government testing facilities. Perform evaluations for designs at various stages of system lifecycle. Attend, support, and participate in technical reviews and various working groups including Test and Evaluation (T&E) Integrated Product Teams (IPT's). Position will require a flexible work schedule and may require up to 25% travel. : : EOE M/F/D/V
