SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR (CONSTRUCTION SERVICES)

 

Stanley Consultants, Inc., a growing and dynamic international consultant in engineering, construction, and survey has an opening for a Senior Project Coordinator in our Construction Services Group.

 

This position will provide administrative coordination of project related documentation for engineering and construction elements for the 202 Design Build project.

 

Duties will include:

 

·  Track, log, & distribute project correspondence, submittals, and RFI’s, to assist the Project Manager in timely project administration.

·  Maintain progress payment status for all related construction, and design related contracts

·  Perform general administrative duties to document projects in accordance with company and client requirements

·  Organize and maintain project files including archives of completed projects

·  Assist the Construction Administration personnel in tracking, logging, and reporting of project pay quantities.

·  Assist with preparation of special exhibits

·  Perform basic project research such as retrieve maps, drawings, records from various agencies

·  Knowledge of ADOT systems a big plus.

 

Position involves varied work within general procedures which may require some judgment and initiative.  Unusual cases outside general procedures will be referred to Construction Services Group Manager.

 

Position requires excellent communication and documentation skills, a focus on details and an individual capable of performing with limited supervision.  Must be highly organized with the ability to assist various managers with day-to-day coordination of projects.  This position is located at the project construction site and will be housed in a project office.  Must be willing to work from a remote/field office a significant portion of the time with periodic travel to and from the Stanley or Client’s offices.
