Our goal is to be your Employer of Choice!Summary Oversee and Monitor daily oil and gas production operations to insure maximum productivity and profitability.  Essential Functions  Monitor and review producing well performance to optimize oil and gas production and troubleshoot problem wells.  Work with Operations department to continually optimize producing, information gathering and reporting. Prepare project cost estimates for well work and facilities projects.  Log review and recommendations Identifying and supporting new business opportunities Identifying and recommending exploitation opportunities on existing properties. Prepare AFE costs draft procedure for capital and expense projects, and work as a team with Operations to insure proper implementation. Gather data, analyze, and propose well-work operations. Assist in review of company acquisitions. Monitor and analyze LOE to maximize profit and loss potential.  Review and approve vendor invoices for goods and services.  Support the continual improvement of procurement activities.  Help insure regulatory compliance and represent the company at regulatory hearing or industry meetings.  Support Land in all permitting requirements.  Assist other departments by providing engineering expertise for various special projects such as field studies, acquisitions, joint ventures, field level and specialized reporting, forecasting, ect. Provide engineering support to the field personnel as needed.   Required Experience10-20 years relevant petroleum engineering experienceProficiency in all Office tools, WEM, PowerTools, Field Direct, OFM and PRIZM strongly preferred.   Education B.S.
