Senior Process Engineer Casella Waste Systems, a resource management services company, is seeking an innovative, hands-on and experienced Process Engineer to test, start-up and optimize integrated renewable energy systems making liquid transportation fuel from waste products.  The integrated system components include fuel pelletizing, gasification, gas scrubbing and Fischer-Tropsch synthesis.  This position requires a M.S.  degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in chemical processing systems or gasification systems.  Hands-on experience with, and an understanding of, high-pressure and high-temperature systems, synthesis gas processing, gas clean-up, and analytical equipment is essential.  The ideal candidate must be able to take direction well, work independently but also within a team, and be flexible enough to thrive in an exciting and dynamic environment.Equal Opportunity Employer M/F
