The development and oversight of the design effort relative to highway and roadway elements. Design output in accordance with municipal, state and federal standards. Manage production staff to assure fullest utilization. Perform QA/QC on product prior to client submittals. Assist in Marketing effort when required.. Job Requirements:B.S. in Civil Engineering. M.S. in Civil Engineering preferred 8 to 10 years of experience in the design of highways and other roadway elements. Possess good written and verbal communication skills; good computer skills.
