Design output in accordance with municipal, state and federal standards. Manage production staff to assure fullest utilization. Perform QA/QC on product prior to client submittals. Assist in Marketing effort when required.. Job Requirements:B.S. in Civil Engineering. M.S. in Civil Engineering preferred 8 to 10 years of experience in the design of highways and other roadway elements. Possess good written and verbal communication skills; good computer skills.
