Senior Mechanical Engineer(08357)

WorleyParsons is one of the world’s largest engineering and project delivery firms, servicing the global resource, energy and infrastructure markets.  WorleyParsons provides engineering, procurement, construction management, program management and consultancy services to clients in the Hydrocarbons, Power, Minerals and Metals and Infrastructure sectors.  We are one of a handful of global companies with the capability and track record to execute large capital projects from conception right through to operation.  We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer   Work in a project team environment to execute engineering and construction projects.  Establish processes and equipment to satisfy client requirements.  Specify equipment to achieve minimal cost as well as limit field problems and change orders.  Work with designers to establish proper equipment arrangements and piping layouts.  Formulate P&I Diagrams as required to describe the processes.  Understand the input and output of project data in the ENCOMPASS system.  Interface with all other disciplines and coordinate with client personnel, project management, procurement, construction management, etc.  Take active responsibility for schedules and budgets.  Participate in training and L&L seminars.  Observe and follow site safety and quality guides. Work in office and in the field.
