Review installation documentation, which includes Certification Assessment & Summary Evaluation (CASE) form, Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certification, System Security Authorization Agreements, Authority to Operate letters, Platform Information Technology letters, System Operational Verification Tests, and installation drawings, submitted by an installing C4ISR activity, Program Office, Navy System Commands, or Program Executive Officer to confirm compliance with the Shore Installation Process Handbook; confer with persons submitting documents to identify installation problems; compile bi-weekly FRCB statistics and chart the processing times, using Excel spreadsheets and charts; prepare bi-weekly FRCB activity and monthly reports; and perform other duties as required by customer and business needs.QualificationsGenerally requires a Bachelors degree and 5 or more years of related experience.
