Senior Global Human Resources Professional

Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON®), a leading infrastructure redevelopment services firm, has an exceptional opportunity in our West Chester office for a Senior Global Human Resources Professional.The successful candidate will support construction and consulting operations overseas by establishing workforce operations in foreign countries (experience in Europe and Asia is a plus). Responsibilities will include advising senior level managers regarding the local employment climate, benefits, income taxation, and labor laws for countries being considered for expansion. Recruiting, integrating, and supporting an Expatriate, labor pool establishment is also required.Specifically, this individual will advise the Global management team on Talent issues including staffing support, develop employee handbooks, manage Expatriate assignments and repatriation, develop employment offers, and create other relevant documents in accordance with local customs and labor laws. Bachelors degree plus six or more years of experience working in a generalist capacity, preferably in a multi-national and/or construction environment. Experience performing HR operations outside of the U.S. is preferred. An understanding of global compensation and benefits and SOFA arrangements is desired.
