Senior Director Customer Service
Responsibilities · Lead the vision and strategy for Lam’s global service business, by focusing on defining the service products (labor, parts and logistics) and the value of Lam Field, logistics, Knowledge Management systems and engineering support to our customers. · Manage a small corporate staff, but have matrixed associations through out Lam.· Work closely with the regions, other CSBG business groups, Strategic Marketing and the Global Product Group to ensure we have comprehensive and competitive service offerings for our customers that will drive profitable CSBG revenue and increased market share. · Report directly to the Vice President of the Customer Support Business Group.· Responsible for a global P&L of $160M and expect it to grow to >$200M in the next 2 years. Qualifications · 10 years of relevant experience.· BS in Engineering and MBA or equivalent business experience required. · Previous customer facing and building strong relationship roles or in a Fab experience is required.· Previous people management experience is required.· Professional and strong communication skills, must be able to communicate with all levels of management both with in Lam and with customers. · Organizational and problem solving skills.· Multi-lingual skills and experience working in Asia preferred.
