Senior Contracts Administrator

Requirements

General Responsibility:
To manage the project functions for contracts and subcontract personnel and to ensure that all agreements which the company undertakes are in accordance with client’s contracting principles / practices / policies / guidelines unless exceptions are granted.

Requires extensive experience, including work at a lead level. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices,
and procedures within the field.

Specific Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for project support in the re-activation of existing alliance agreements established by
client over the last six (6) years. Establish the current need with the client, review terms and conditions
and refresh the agreement.
2.Responsible for project support to competitively bid topsides packages for a new offshore facility.

Requirements:
A.Bachelors or Masters Degree in Law, Pre-Law, Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
B.Requires a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in contract administration in the oil and gas industry.
C.Prior experience as a Lead or Supervisor over a group of contracts / subcontracts personnel.
D.Knowledge of U.S. and International Business Law required.
E.Knowledge of and experience in project execution, services and materials agreements, offshore facilities projects, transport and logistics, and Gulf of Mexico supply chain.
F.Must possess excellent command of the English language in both written and spoken form. Spanish language skills will be considered an asset.
G.Availability to travel internationally.
