Senior Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities: Participate in salary surveys. Match CDM jobs to survey data and compile required data and submit to survey sources. Analyze survey results and present trends to management. Maintain Access database of salary survey data for analyzing market competitiveness to internal positions as needed.
Perform full scope market analysis to help ensure competitive pay positioning across the organization.
Administer focal point periods for various business units and perform analysis of results for management.
Write job descriptions based on interviews with and material from incumbents and supervisors. Conduct job evaluations to determine proper classification and salary grade. Audit existing or proposed job classifications to obtain information regarding responsibilities, activities, duties, content, FLSA exemption and requirements.
Prepare special and scheduled numerical and written reports and analysis to review compensation issues extracting data as necessary from HRIS and manipulating in relational database or financial spreadsheets.
Maintain within internal HRIS system job codes, salary structures and related information.
Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of innovative compensation programs and policies.
Assist in compensation strategy planning and individual projects. Consult and partner with a broad range of employees to provide advice and deliver information on organizational design, restructuring, job evaluations, salary administration, merit planning issues and other compensation issues, policies and procedures.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 years experience in Human Resources with emphasis on compensation work, and knowledge of FLSA
Strong Microsoft Office suite knowledge including Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to interact with technical disciplines.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with good follow-up and ability to take tasks to completion on schedule
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with good business insight
Knowledge of HRIS systems, knowledge of Oracle and Survey Sense a plus.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline required.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) a plus.
